Using CBD patches couldn’t be easier. Simply apply patches as required to a relatively hair free part of your body (the inner arm, lower back or shoulder are ideal) and change it at the same time every day. Apply the new patch in a slightly different position to allow the skin to breathe. You can wash off any residue or adhesive left on the skin with warm soapy water.

I have been using these for a week after talking and purchasing them at the Royal Cornwall show. I have bad arthritis and scoliosis of the spine.
